Cory Betts

Cory Betts was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. He received his formal training from the Sacramento Ballet and Northern California Dance Conservatory studying with Jen Bradford and Theodore Constant. In the summer of 2012 he performed at the prestigious Jacobs Pillow Summer Festival in Beckett, MA, and toured through Austria with the Young Tanszommer performance group. In 2010 Cory was awarded first place senior soloist at Youth American Grand Prix in San Francisco. He spent the 2013 season with Alaska Dance Theatre under the direction of Gillmer Duran and was fortunate to work with Amy Seiwert as she set her original work Monuments on the company. Cory is in his third season with EBC.
